We chose the reverse board and train and could not have been happier with our experience and the investment. We were truly lost as first time puppy owners and I don't care how many you tube videos you watch or articles you read there is nothing like having a skilled trainer in your home gently pointing out ways to improve what you are doing and taking the lead on getting your puppy to obey. We especially appreciated the reward approach as we had tried out someone else who was all about intimidation methodology. We are first time parents of a puppy. When we first started Karma Dog Training's program, our girl Mina was very shy and didn't have much confidence. She wasn't comfortable around other dogs. After attending a few socialization classes on Sunday, her confidence level increased tremendously. Kai is very friendly, professional and responsive! As a first time parent, I have a ton of questions and he has been so responsive and kind in responding to those questions. In a few weeks I learned so much from Kai about puppy behavior than I could ever learn from anyone else!!
