“I was told my insurance covered frames up to $150. Then I was immediately taken to frames that started at $159. When I did not like any of them the salesperson came back with a $139 pair. I don't think you should automatically assume someone can just spend what you want them to. Show people what their insurance covers and start there. As a consumer that doesn't make me feel like a valued customer. It seems like you only value the sales.“

“Efficiency of my time as a patient. Later on in the day, I remembered that I had not received a new prescription for glasses. I had a second appt in the same buildling on the same floor. After this appt was completed, I stopped by the office and asked if I could obtain my prescription. The office was very gracious and in a few minutes, they handed me my script.“

“Highly recommend Dr. Cox and Spring Eye Care. He is very knowledgeable about many eye conditions and takes his time to listen to your concerns and answer questions. I also recommend using the 3 d eye scan. I had an eye condition pop up this year and it was easier to spot and see progression by comparing scans from last year. The biggest reason we go here though is he is experienced with accommodative esotropia (lazy eye). My daughter is a teen now, but we were always uneasy about prescriptions from other optometrists because they didn't seem to understand how prescriptions can be different for someone with that condition. He knew exactly what to do though and explained everything very well.“

The staff is treated well, and it shows with how they treat customers. I observed them going above and beyond for myself, as well as other patients. In particular, Des is an absolute stand out. She is excellent in her role and clearly knowledgeable. With that said, each member of the staff was noticeably engaged in their job and eager to help. In regard to Dr. Davoodi, her expertise and communication skills stand out. She understands how to speak and engage with patients in a way that makes them feel comfortable and well taken care of. I was very impressed and will be encouraging colleagues and family to make their way over.“

“Its been close to 3 years since my last exam and I usually go to walmart but this time i decided lets try eye lab and im glad i made the decision Jennifer was so helpful and kind! She made the experience simple and fast. The only "CON" was the stickers on the glasses were color coded and almost all of the purple ones were acutually blue. Seeing as im color blind i spent almost 40 mins finding the perfect pairs to buy just to find out they are actually purple i got a bit dissapointed and recommend maybe number the glasses from 1 to 5 vs color coding them to avoid any more color fading issues, other than that. I loved every bit of it and will return later to buy the pairs i wanted.“
