Dr. Ortega was sweet, professional, and very thorough. I appreciate her concern for my vision and willingness to listen to my questions and concerns. I will definitely keep her as my eye doctor ❤️
The 1st young lady is very thorough in explanation and patient. The 2nd young lady is nice and thorough. They both make you feel comfortable as always. The Optometrist isn't so personable. Strictly business. But, she walked out and did smile barely when she laid the papers down on the front desk and told me to have a good day. I've been going to this location for about 4 yrs now. The other Optometrist was really nice and fun.
Hadn't been back here since the previous doctor was in the office but staff and doctor was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was missed and got me taken care of. A shame that'll be a year before I see them again.
