“Good evening! Pray everyone is doing well. I have never done a review before. I've always gave word of mouth or posted on fb but this story had to be told. ?
I am a disabled woman and I have been having issues with my AC since June 12, 2024. I already have a difficult time sleeping because of pain but when its 100° days and 80 to 90° nights definitely no air coming through if I opened the windows. During the days it was absolutely miserable. I cook for the less fortunate and I would get headaches from over heating being in the kitchen for hours with oven and stove going.
Well last night I had a friend recommend Cold fusion. I told Mr Allen a little bit of what was going on and he said take his card and pass on to the owner. I did so and they were here as promised. It takes me a minute to stand up and get stable but the technician Chris stood and patiently waited. Normally I get folks knocking for a good 5 minutes knowing I have problems walking. Anyways, he came in I showed him were the unit was and he got to work.
It was done in such a timely manner and guess what? I'm currently under a blanket.
Chris explained everything to me, showed me pictures of the unit. What temperatures are supposed to be, where they were at when he looked at the unit and how everything was in the safe zone.
Talk about first class service. They even follow up to see how everything is working!! Now for the cherry on the top.
Before the technician Chris left he shook my hand and thanked me for allowing him in my home and if there was anything I needed before he left. ??? talk about a blessing!!

“came home to find our ac wasn't working in the Texas heat I could wait to get it fixed, star air is the only place I could find that has a 24 hour line I called star air I explained what I was hearing and they where knowledgeable and sent a tech out within the the hour. before Mike left he called to confirm the info so he ensured he had the right part and had what he would need to get us back In the cool. Mike showed up and got right to work, he was very professional and very helpful and was done within an hour. Mike saved the day!!“

They never try to "up sell" unneeded items or repairs, so we've never had any doubts that we're getting exactly what we need. When we've had any issues with A/C or heating, they've always been very responsive, in some cases talking us through possible fixes over the phone, to save us the cost of a visit. If we had an issue that warranted a tech coming out, they were always quick to respond, and able to take care of it. If we've had an appointment set up for service, they show up on time, never have to call after them to find out if they are showing up. “Rabroker Air Conditioning (Temple Office) recently installed a mini split air conditioner in a room addition to our home and we are very pleased with their work. We have been using Raybroker to install and service our residential air conditioning equipment for years and they have never disappointed us. Our real estate agent recommended Raybroker when we moved to Temple and we were having trouble with an air conditioning contractor that performed faulty work. I was very impressed with Phillip Paul, Supervisor for Raybroker, when I observed how he throughly inspected the work of his installers. He also always provided helpful information. On the recent mini split A/C installation, Gerome, Installation Supervisor, and Alex Deleon, Installation Technician, were very courteous and professional during the installation. Update,
After tornado damage our roof shingles were recently replaced. During the work a roofing nail punctured the refrigeration line to our new mini-split A/C unit. I contacted Phillip for help and he sent Gerome to evaluate the problem. Gerome then directed Alex and Antonio to troubleshoot and repair the mini-split. The outside temperature was over 100 degrees and much hotter in the attic. Alex and Antonio didn’t hesitate to enter the attic with their equipment to locate and repair the punctured pipe. I had recommended that they return in the morning since it would be cooler, but they continued and successfully completed the repairs. Another success story for the Raybroker team that I’m happy to report.“
