Have used Lochridge Priest many times over the years for servicing my unit. Requested an appointment online, and Dustin called prior to heading over. He diligently searched my unit for the reported problem, and thoroughly explained what he found. Dustin was extremely polite & professional. Peace of mind is worth every penny! Highly recommend. Everyone I spoke with at LP was both helpful and professional. The woman who answered the phone and put me in the emergency list, Roger in sales who stopped by on his way home to look at the failing system and explain how it worked and what he saw, and Walton the technician who found and fixed the problem in an efficient, professional manner.
