I wanted to work with John because I appreciate when an owner of the company comes out in person to meet potential customers. It shows me that the owner is involved and cares about his business. The installation process itself went smoothly and efficiently. I'm happy with the work and have had no issues so far. I have replaced one of the units with Willard AC and the other one installed by Captain Air Heating and Cooling. Both 2 stage units. I researched and found that both Trane and American Standard are made by the same company. At the end of the day, I felt good that I have American Standard AC unit at a fair price with good installation and meeting the latest specs.
