“I recently ran into an issue where my home Warranty, Super, sent another HVAC company (Horizon) to inspect a condensation drip coming from our flue pipe. After claiming it was a roofing issue and providing no information on the claim, I decided to get a second opinion. Luckily, Jason's Air-Tex Services was used for the second opinion and the experience between the two services was night and day. Michael immediately looked at the issue and confirmed that it was NOT in fact a roofing issue and confirmed that it would be covered by the warranty and was able to fix it on the spot.
