“Texas and Heat!!! They go together like Salt and Pepper. I have 2 units that literally went out within a few days of each other. I called a few places and Waskom was the only committed to respond same day. I called around 3p and he was there by 6pm. I appreciated the quick response. He diagnosed both units and gave me some realistic facts. They were 17 yrs old and were near the end of their life cycle. They worked with us on a very competitive quote and came back the next morning. Technicians arrived at 7a and both units were installed and cooling by 11a. This consisted of both outside units and the air handlers in the attics. Extremely professional and great units. I was also taught the correct way to do some minor PM's on the units. I plan to use them for all my HVAC needs.“
