The technical man was great, but your customer service needs work.. They over talk you and would not let you speak to a Manger. Once my year is up, I would be finding another warranty company.

Shawn was great and quick with the work. It was a bit confusing with two people calling me and me getting the email about being charged for something that I didn't have control over. Over Shawn, get a 5 out of 5.

Cesar was great. Visit one looked at our issues, made a commitment to return next day, came early and fixed everything. No mess a kept his word. That rare in todays service industry!
