“Called Air Comfort Solutions at the beginning of summer as my AC unit had a freeze up. They walked me through some steps I could take to get the unit running again over the phone, no charge to me at all. A few months later AC unit wouldn’t power on. Called again and received even more tips that I could look at myself to see if they alleviated the problem. Again, all of this was just them trying to be helpful…didn’t even try to set up a service call yet. My unit eventually called it quits as it was an older unit to begin with. They sent me a bunch of replacement options and were able to remove my old unit and install a new one in just a day. The owner came out during the install and at the end of the install to make sure everything was done correctly and up to his standards. Honest, helpful, local company. Texas is TOO HOT to not have a go-to HVAC company you can trust.“
