This company is awesome to work with. From the sales rep. that i worked with to the installers. No high pressure sales and everyone was so professional and concerned about our needs. Everyone that we worked with was extremely considerate about the Covid19 and all wore a mask. As far as i am concerned Baker Brothers is the best. Super job guys and gals, keep up the great work. You are all blessed to work for Baker Brothers.
We had our restroom remodeled to become 2 separate bathrooms. Kyle definitely made me feel like this company could work with us financially in finding a solution for our nightmare of a plumbing problem the contractor left us with. Not only that, he provided answers to all questions and good service. Only 4 stars as of right now because issue would need a follow up from a superior.
I read on-line that Baker Brothers as a longstanding, excellent company so I gave them a call. They came out right away. The technician really knew his stuff. He was peasant, well organized, and explained everything that was needed and why. The technician was very professional and really knew what he was doing. Baker Brothers response time is impressive.
