David is the best! He has helped me out at my previous home in Forney a couple of times and now in Sunnyvale. Extremely knowledgeable about all things A/C and 100% honest. I highly recommend him over anyone else!

An honest man, like service people used to be. Fixed some items that my long time a/c service company didn't do, gave me tips on how to extend the life of my units, didn't charge much at all. I wish I had known about him years ago.

Started using Neighborhood in 2007 and have not used any other company since. Can’t tell you how many times Dave has saved the day for our family over the years. Night or day he’s taken my calls. He’s even gone out of his way to walk me thru fixing an issue just to get us by until he could make it out to the house. Many of our neighbors now use Dave through my referral. We highly recommend Neighborhood Heat and Air!
