“We moved from Oregon and we had some bad experiences with the vet. Moved here not knowing anyone or about much and Dr. Hicks and the team have been absolutely amazing for both my babies. Dr. Hicks is kind compassionate and honest!! Both my babies love her??

She spent 4 weeks with Tip ToP and came with the same personality but now with the ability to listen and obey.

It was impressive her ability to sit, stay, heel, lay down and stay in place. All on command!

Over 2 hours were spent with us upon her return and we couldn’t be happier.

“The vets here (they’re husband and wife) really love animals. They’re so kind and always willing to help. Today I just walked in and asked if they could take a look at my dog’s nail. I have brought my dog to them before but I wasn’t sure if the nail was healing properly. Turned out it grew out wrong so they had to pull out the one on the side. It’s a painful procedure so they were so loving and kind the whole time both to my dog (Joy) and me. They gave Joy a bag of treat cuz he had to go through such a tough time. It is our blessings to have them so close to our house ??“

“My sweet boy Chito LOVES Jesus at All Creatures. Thats his buddy! I board our family dog here for frequent work trips and vacations and feel very comfortable every time I leave him. I know Jesus and the other employees will love on him during his stay and I am confident that he is cared for as one of their own. I've never had any issues. Also, Chito is seen there by the vet staff so if something medically would arise while he is boarded I have peace of mind that they would do what is needed. Nice and professional staff. Clean facility. Definitely recommend!“

“Scott really knows what he’s talking about. He helped me understand my dog’s fears and anxieties. He provided a lot of information and exercises on how to help my dog. I see the improvements with my dog already. Scott really took the time to understand what issues I was having with my dog and came up with a custom plan. He does a great job with teaching the owner. I had a fantastic experience with Scott. I was afraid that my dog would always be fearful as nothing I did myself worked, but Scott was able to provide me with the education and tools to help my dog. I would definitely recommend him.“

We have a shar-pei and have dealt with shar-pei fever for over a decade, but have never been given the option for preventative medication until now. Would recommend Dr. Kit and team.“

“My dog ate something she shouldn’t have the other day and I was pretty concerned, I had never been here before but gave them a call, and the staff at metro paws was just amazing! They eased my concerns and, unlike other vets I’ve been to before, were very clearly not out for money. I brought my dog in just to be on the safe side, without making any appointment, and they were very very kind and considerate. The vet here is absolutely amazing. “I had taken my dogs to get dental cleaning and the lady that was in the surgery office was very nice but I didn’t get her name. Later Nikki called me when to pick up my dog and she was wonderful too because my phone kept dropping the call and she suggested we text and it worked out great. The next day I called the vet to ask about dog food and Kelsey was very helpful on the phone and when I went to pick up some food. Very nice people!! Dr. Shiplov was very good also.“

“I took my puppy in for a free evaluation & Teresa felt he was pretty well behaved & didn’t need additional training.She spent almost an hour with us (at no charge) & gave us many tips what we could do to help him with chewing and his separation anxiety. After 4 weeks he’s a new dog. He is now much calmer & his chewing is almost gone. I would highly recommend sit means sit & get the dog you want.“

Amazing staff and the cage-less format is so fun for our social & playful pups. Abbie’s has worked with us during life events and family emergencies, they consistently keep us updated with daily pics when we’re traveling, and (most importantly) they adore our pups (and our pups love them).
