Got an appointment on a Friday afternoon within 1 hour for my dachshund who was in pain. Other vet who only said walk-in available and long wait. Vet was thorough and gave her meds and laser treatment.
Every time we bring one of our fur babies to BPAH, we are blown away by the friendliness and compassion shown to us and our pets. Dr. Hicks is the best veterinarian we have ever been to. She is always caring, compassionate, friendly, and thorough, and she's the best at answering our questions and explaining things in terms we understand. Dr. Scott, Kaelyn, Cristina, and Shonna also deserve a shout out for their welcoming and caring displays of kindness. We are thankful we found BPAH. You all are the best!
I have two cats and I'm very picky about who we take them to because they're both pretty high strung and get stressed out easily. Dr. Hicks and the vet tech went out of their way to be as gentle as possible and took care of both of our cats and made their general checkup much less stressful than normal.
