“When I called for an estimate, they were quick and responsive. They were also quick arranging and performing the initial measurements. It took a little over three months before the windows arrived and were ready to be installed, but, that was beyond Empire's control and was due to supply chain issues and we were informed and well aware it could take 3-4 months so this is not a complaint. They called on a Wed to arrange for a Monday install, Called on a Fri to confirm and called Promptly on Mon before arrival. The were quick, efficient, quiet and clean. The windows look great.
