When the insurance adjustor came to inspect the roof, he was there with me. I felt like I won the Lottery! The whole project (work & insurance) went so smoothly, and I knew exactly what to expect. “Using Anderson roofing was an amazing experience. Chris came to our former home which was hail damaged between sale and closing. He pre-inspected it to determine need for insurance claim. Met with insurance inspector on site. Insurance inspector so impressed that he asked for Chris’ contact info for future questions. Guided us through insurance claim process. Closing was contingent on roof being repaired which the Anderson team got accomplished before closing. Beth’s mom and COO of the company even personally met me at my work to give me certificate of completion and paid invoice. Overall great experience. “Jon Townsend reroofed 2 of our properties after the hail storm. I liked how he represented himself and that he is a local company that stands for its work. His offer entailed most/all of the items I could discern that other companies had offered, at a good price. He also explained and educated me. The estimates seemed fair, he offered to wait for 2nd 50%, the final payment, until after the insurance was settled. He followed up promptly with written estimates and contracts. The crew did the work within the time period promised and the tenants reported positively about the crew & the work.He sent pictures of the work. I wasn't able to do quality control but I trust that he did what was right to do. Communication was pleasant and on point. One drawback: payments were by check which was a bit of a hassle for us, but managable. I recommend his company and will use him again which I hope will not be for a long time.“
