“Ruddy's Roofing has now replaced our roof twice within the past four years, both times due to hail damage. When the insurance adjuster came to review the roof for damage after the second hailstorm, he commented on how well the roof had held up since it was installed. On both replacements, Ruddy's crew was outstanding. They left the driveway and patio cleaner than they were on arrival. “I needed a 3rd opinion after a door-to-door corporation told me my roof was destroyed from the recent hail storm, and my insurance adjuster said he couldn't find any damage at all. I'm no roofing expert, so I called Alpha. Michael arrived on time and was very friendly and understanding of the situation. I joined him on the roof this time and he was very thorough at explaining. Basically, there is some evidence of the hail, but no significant damage. He was open to the option of me continuing with my insurance claim if I really wanted a new roof (as some people do), but he was honest about letting me know that the current roof will be fine for another several years. Michael's honesty saved me $3800 from the deductible! And there was no charge for the inspection. Even though I don't need their work now, Alpha is definitely on my contact list for when the new roof is needed. Very glad we have good local companies here.“
