When I called for an estimate, they were quick and responsive. They were also quick arranging and performing the initial measurements. It took a little over three months before the windows arrived and were ready to be installed, but, that was beyond Empire's control and was due to supply chain issues and we were informed and well aware it could take 3-4 months so this is not a complaint. They called on a Wed to arrange for a Monday install, Called on a Fri to confirm and called Promptly on Mon before arrival. The were quick, efficient, quiet and clean. The windows look great. Empire Home Solutions did a great job on our home exterior. They replaced our roof, gutters and repaired some siding and repainted the entire house. All the work crews were professional and did a great job and did their work on time. Jennifer was very professional and helped us through the whole process. She was actually present during the work to ensure everything was good. I would highly recommend this company!Services: Roof installation

We used Jennifer and Empire Home Solutions to replace our fascia, soffit, roof, gutters, and downspouts. All newly installed fascia, soffit, trim, and existing siding was also painted as well. We had a great experience with Jennifer and her work crews. The entire experience from the bid process, to getting the work work completed went very well. There was excellent communication between all parties during the entire project. We would definitely use EHS's again for any other household renovations.Services: Roof installation
