“Good evening! Pray everyone is doing well. I have never done a review before. I've always gave word of mouth or posted on fb but this story had to be told. ?
I am a disabled woman and I have been having issues with my AC since June 12, 2024. I already have a difficult time sleeping because of pain but when its 100° days and 80 to 90° nights definitely no air coming through if I opened the windows. During the days it was absolutely miserable. I cook for the less fortunate and I would get headaches from over heating being in the kitchen for hours with oven and stove going.
Well last night I had a friend recommend Cold fusion. I told Mr Allen a little bit of what was going on and he said take his card and pass on to the owner. I did so and they were here as promised. It takes me a minute to stand up and get stable but the technician Chris stood and patiently waited. Normally I get folks knocking for a good 5 minutes knowing I have problems walking. Anyways, he came in I showed him were the unit was and he got to work.
It was done in such a timely manner and guess what? I'm currently under a blanket.
Chris explained everything to me, showed me pictures of the unit. What temperatures are supposed to be, where they were at when he looked at the unit and how everything was in the safe zone.
Talk about first class service. They even follow up to see how everything is working!! Now for the cherry on the top.
Before the technician Chris left he shook my hand and thanked me for allowing him in my home and if there was anything I needed before he left. ??? talk about a blessing!!

“We had the best experience with Victory Mechanical and their AC guy Paul. We could tell by speaking with Paul and the owner Arthur that we finally found the right company to get our antiquated system repaired correctly. I'll skip a lot of the details and just say that several companies over 20 years couldn't or wouldn't take the time do the job correctly. I couldn't believe the price, it was very reasonable!! “Dillon came out right after the AC started working again. He did a full diagnostic and found that the float in the drain was sticking. Fixed it and cleaned up. BTW, this was the same day I called! I’m so happy I called them. I would use them again without question“

“After an issue with a circuit breaker in the main cut off box I elected to have the main switch upgraded instead of just a fix.

I now have a main circuit breaker, a subpanel circuit breaker and a main switch surge protector.

Because of a shortage of electricians at other businesses this company was able to handle my issues.

In my opinion it was a high cost but I guess that’s what happens with supply and demand, when the customer needs something and there is a limit on who can provide it.

Not happy with the cost but pleased with the employees who completed the work and the overall results was what I needed to have complete.
