They did a great job. My tech had an apprentice with her learning the job, both of them were professional. The tech immediately discovered the problem, got it fixed and even pointed out some other items I could work on to help with the unit. Thank you guys, I appreciated the service

This is our 2nd service call with CTR Services Air Conditioning & Heating. Our Technician (Scott) and his assistant (sorry I do not remember her name), but both were great during the service call. They informed me of everything that was being tested as well as recommendations. All my questions were answered in a manner in which I understood. Both were excellent and professional. Scott was our service tech on our first call a year ago. As always, he was awesome then! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and honest service!
