I have used Kilpatrick Heating and Air for many years and have no complaints. I'm very satisfied with the service and repairs I've had performed by them over the years. Earlier this week we had a new outdoor system was installed. The system was only 12 years old and could have been repaired had we wanted to wait for parts. Obviously, this time of year, local suppliers are low or out of parts. We took this opportunity to upgrade our unit from 3.5 tons to 4 tons - totally our decision. I have used this company for many years. I bought a home and immediately had to purchase a new ac unit and mistakenly went with the first person who quoted me a price, and I had issues with it from almost the beginning. Not wanting the same company to repair it, I called Kilpatrick. They responded immediately, and would always let me know if the part was still under warranty or not. I will definitely use their services again.
