The whole team is amazing. The place is pleasant, with new and clean equipment. The encouragement and guidance from Tiffany and Maria during the classes make all the difference in the results! In 5 months, I’ve lost almost 31 pounds and gained more energy. I’m very happy to have this moment as part of my daily routine. I plan to continue there forever!“

3733 Westheimer Rd, Houston“As someone who loves yoga, the very first thing I had to do after moving to Houston was find a yoga studio. When I took my first yoga class at Atrium, I was so happy because I loved the studio’s atmosphere and the instructors’ classes. Each class is so well-prepared, and the professionalism of the teachers is truly impressive—it makes me want to attend every day. The instructors are also so sweet and attentive, and they always make me feel welcomed. It's amazing to be able to take great classes from teachers who truly love yoga. I highly, highly recommend it to anyone who loves yoga.“

5757 Woodway Dr #150, Houston“The Good Space Pilates studio is a welcoming place for all skill levels. I took my first Pilates class as part of a package special. The Pilates Instructor was very knowledgeable, patient, and taught me all the basics. I've consistently been coming to the studio for the past year and it has been a fantastic experience. The Instructors are very well trained, and committed to providing the best participant experience. They pay attention to every students' skill level and no one ever feels left out or under-challenged. The studio is the perfect size so you get one-on-one instruction and never feel lost in class - plus, classes offer variety so you are never bored. It's truly a 5-star experience.“

1st Bayou, 3115 Allen Pkwy Central, Houston“What's not to love? I've been attending random drop ins at Big alongside my fiancé for the last three or so years and I have to say that this is one beautiful community of yogis. Occasionally the classes are blessed with live musical accompaniment. Occasionally half of the class is Ashtanga-esque, and there's always a challenge/program to participate in. With each and every class you're sure to experience a different flow (in the best way), an unparalleled engaging instructor, words of empowerment, and lavender towels (a welcome addition to shavasana.) Offering classes at most times of the day, I find this a fantastic post work wind down! Just be mindful that parking can be tricky for popular classes and times, and so can finding space on the floor. Bring water, a towel, and your mat, and arrive early :). Oh...and do not expect mirrors!“

111 Azalea St, Sugar Land“This is my favorite studio in Houston and Robert was the first yoga teacher (after practicing for many years) that brought me to understand the deeper meaning to a yoga practice. His scientific background and understanding was relatable to the scientist and skeptic in myself to open my mind up more first through a deeper sensation in the physical body. Robert really bridges the gap between science/the physical world with a spiritual realm. The Pralaya method is not only good for physical well being and a feeling of peace, but it also is very beneficial at strengthening body parts to prevent injuries and addressing body issues that have been ailing you for weeks or even years. It is definitely worth stopping in if you were curious and I would recommend going here to anyone looking to learn more about yoga, deepen their practice, or just finding a little more inner peace!“

“I am a senior. I am never on any prescription medication. I absolutely follow Ram Deva Baba’s yog and pranayama.Meeting Dr. Naveen Sharma and Murali Ramalingam in Houston was like an icing on the cake. They are carrying a torch of holistic living based on 5000 years old science of medicine.I hope people in the west will be benefited. Both of them are highly knowledgeable. Doubtlessly I will recommend to anybody. Both of them work as a team.I am following diet plan suggested by them. 3277 Southwest Fwy Suite B, Houston“Ben is amazing. I came here after trying Center and Balance at another location and it was a very discouraging experience. However with Ben it’s the complete opposite. The lights were low, the music was calm, and he was very supportive and even helped me deep in my stretch within my ankles which is a growth area for me. Loved it here!“

8600 Hillcroft Ave, Houston“Meyerland Martial Arts has been an incredible experience for my son. He started just over a year ago at age 4 and is now in his second year of training at 5. In that time, I’ve seen him grow in confidence, discipline, and focus—but most importantly, he has so much FUN!
The staff have a wonderful way of connecting with the kids, making sure every student feels respected, seen, and heard. They balance structure with encouragement, taking the art seriously while keeping classes enjoyable and engaging. One of the mottos on the wall says, “Don’t practice until you get it right. Practice until you can’t get it wrong.” I love this mindset and even remind my son of it at home.
I’m truly impressed with the skills he’s learned and how dedicated he is to his training. He looks forward to every class and carries the values of respect, kindness, and self-love beyond the studio. I honestly can’t recommend Meyerland Martial Arts and their amazing staff enough.
As a bonus, we even hosted his birthday party here—and it was phenomenal! My son was thrilled to celebrate in a place he loves, and the staff made it such a smooth, memorable experience. I barely had to lift a finger, not even kidding! If you’re looking for a unique experience, I would recommend inquiring about parties here!! It was a huge success and I was blown away by their efforts to make my son’s special day so exciting.
This is an honest review from a very grateful mom who’s thankful for the positive influence, mentorship, and community at Meyerland Martial Arts. I hope you check them out too!“

1212 Bomar St, Houston“I started practicing at Aerial Yoga Houston in 2021, after suffering from chronic back pain for 15 years. After once a weekly classes (for a month) my back pain was gone, and I haven't had pain since! Aerial Yoga Houston has great instructors, the owner, Nicole is fantastic! It's also great for strength, core, and flexibility (I am 45 years-old, six feet tall, and can touch the floor with my palms)! I should mention that Aerial Yoga is a lot of fun and great for the mood!“

5310 Kirby Dr, Houston“Took my first class here tonight, 7:30 flow with Amy. She was great. Best yoga class I’ve taken in a while and I’ve been going to black swan for years. Her sequence and timing were perfect. I felt so good and realigned after class. Amy was very encouraging and warm, and she was pretty funny too, which made class a little more enjoyable. The studio space and lobby area were nice and spacious; I didn’t feel claustrophobic here like how it can feel at other yoga studios.“

3157 Hwy 6, Sugar Land“I’ve been coming to this location for at least 5 years. When I asked them to freeze my account because of health issues…they did. They have been nothing but accommodating to my needs. The instructors there are top notch. The staff there are also top notch; to the point I am studying to be an instructor. Thank you club Pilates for my fitness journey!“

1555 Eldridge Pkwy, Houston“I have been a member at this gym for over 15 years and they do a good job at keeping the equipment working well and the cleaning crew does a good job at keeping the place clean. Generally, people who work out in the morning are pretty responsible & clean up after themselves. They typically wipe down the machines after using. There are a few people who text/talk too much on their phones while the rest of us are trying to get our workout in…they loiter on machines instead of using their phones elsewhere. Overall, I think it’s a good gym for the price I pay…at least for workouts in the morning.“
