This is my favorite studio in Houston and Robert was the first yoga teacher (after practicing for many years) that brought me to understand the deeper meaning to a yoga practice. His scientific background and understanding was relatable to the scientist and skeptic in myself to open my mind up more first through a deeper sensation in the physical body. Robert really bridges the gap between science/the physical world with a spiritual realm.
