Really good yoga teachers, and this yoga studio has helped me through a lot of depressing periods in my life. I go to this yoga studio every Tuesday, and even more during the bi yearly yoga challenges. The yoga class just make my day 10x more better, and just bring life to my weeks.
I have been going to big for several months now and i can’t recommend it enough. I struggle with poor mental health and i 100% believe that being active helps. I go to the Tuesday's 6:30 class and its great. Thank you, Big !
