“Richard Arciniega (Baker Brothers) did a good job replacing a cracked AC condensate pan on our Trane air conditioning unit air handler. He was able to reconfigure the condensate drain line to allow the installation of a vent on the drain side of the P-Trap that needed to be there. He overcame not receiving the correct drain pan for the unit the next day and also figured out how to work around not getting a part needed to complete the job. He indicated that he would return to install that part when it arrives.“

“Ac stopped cooling in 100 degree weather on a Saturday. Nova air was one of many we called for repairs and they responded promptly. They are the business owners responding to calls unlike others who have answering services that do not have access to scheduling. They had the part on hand for the repairs and completed the work reasonably well. We took one star because we had to call them 2x before we got a clear timeline of their arrival time. So communicating with us was lacking. But honest legit family business. Would use them again.“
