“Derik 2.0 did a great job. We had another company take a look, before calling 3d-Air for a second estimate. The first company told us we had to replace the PCB and fan motor, and that it would cost $2000. Derick came in and saw that it was actually just an external wire that had been corroded. He fixed the whole thing in an hour and saved us almost 2k. Highly recommend!“

It was SO nice to finally get a highly sophisticated and accurate modern thermostat! (a Nest 3 ordered from Amazon). These thermostats required a skilled and knowledgeable person for installation and take time to set up. So allow time! (a couple of hours) Also, allow time for James to teach you all the amazing options in the Nest thermostat. Ultimately, it will save us money in our electric bill.
