Got home from a trip and AC was blowing warm. Gave him a call and he was out in an hour. Turned out to be nothing, but he gave everything a thorough look, and told me he’d come back out for free if it happened again.Later the next night I was replacing my thermostat and couldn’t get it working properly. He returned my call at 9:30pm and walked me through some stuff and got it up and running.Needless to say he has earned my business forever.

Benito was on time with plenty of communication. No upselling at all. He came and diagnosed expertly and quickly. Let me know the problem with clear and precise communication. Him and the crew were in and out in less than 30 mins and had my AC up and running and working normal. Benito is very professional, calm and courteous. I recommend this company very highly.

Benito is very prompt and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain the problem and the solution in terms that are easy to understand. Every time I've had an issue with my AC or heating it was solved very quickly. And if you live in the Houston area you know you can't be without AC for a long period.
