“BNK originally installed the furnace we have 9 years ago. When we reached out to them regarding a faulty control board they were more than happy to come out and see the furnace and replace the part that had went out. Evelin was super nice and helped us schedule an appt. Patrick, the technician, was the BEST man. He went above and beyond in his service and made sure that he didn't leave until we had heat running!
