After another company quoted us $2500 to replace a 3 year old compressor, we wanted a second opinion. I called and Comfort came out immediately and saw immediately the compressor was fine. After spending a few minutes investigating they saw we had a problem with the thermostat. They charged a small fee and our house was cool in no time. We are so relieved and grateful. We will always use this company!
The service technician John was extremely professional and made notes regarding the size of ladder needed to reach my roof-3 stories and was able to access from the upstairs balcony. He was extremely courteous and explained both the system maintenance & the necessary filter replacements I will definitely have him back. The company is great and the receptionist is friendly and helped me to reschedule the first appt due to my work schedule. Called a few different AC companies and they couldn't get to us until the next few days. These guys came out and fixed my AC really quickly. Very polite and professional. Will be using and recommending Comfort Air and Heat to all our friends and neighbors.
