I've had multiple engagements with Air Specialist and they've been great every time. This most recent one was to perform a parts replacement that was under warranty. James didn't mind looking at our other unit that was having an issue. Simply put, their customer-first mentality shows through!

This is an excellent company who has fulfilled every commitment to us with clear communication. They always show up when they say they will. We purchased our AC system from them. The installation was excellent. Today’s visit was part of the twice annual system inspection. Jose does a great job He’s thorough and patient with explanations. Highly recommend.
