When the insurance adjustor came to inspect the roof, he was there with me. I felt like I won the Lottery! The whole project (work & insurance) went so smoothly, and I knew exactly what to expect. Jim also came by frequently to make sure the work was moving along and on time. I noticed that he also has great relationships with his vendors and workers which says a lot to me.
