“Chris is the best trainer I have had. Very professional, great motivator. He listens to me about what I can and can't do and then encourages me more. There's not much I can't do anymore. I love that he comes to my house because there is no way I'm going back to a gym. Since starting with him I have increased not only my strength but endurance. Recently, I hiked a mountain, which I could not have done before because I have two knee replacements that didn't work very well. When I injured my lower back he adjusted my workout so that I didn't have to stop. I highly recommend Chris if you need a trainer. I even got my 26 year old daughter to start working out with him.“

“Thank you, James, for watching all but constantly so that each muscle is taught how to undo decades of moving incorrectly. I have been to many physical therapists during my lifetime and almost none have focused on me. You do not set a stop watch and wander off to do something else, like gab with other "professionals" who also are basically ignoring their clients/patients until the timer dings. As i get tired you urge me to continue to do the challenges, but only just as long as my body will do them right. Then, you tell me to quit so, under your watchful eyes, I never practice them wrong. The results have been soooo much better than with the PT folks whom insurance will pay. Your efforts have not only made me able to reach my original goals, but also to realize my body can still be brought back into the shape it needs to be to be able to do what I could do 30 years ago, and without pain in my knees and shoulders. I thank you every time I get off the floor easily or walk quickly up and down stairs. I am looking forward to again having the strength and stamina to prune branches overhead without wincing. I now know my rotator cuff weakness can be mastered, since my knees have gotten oh so much better. Thank you!“
