Thank you, James, for watching all but constantly so that each muscle is taught how to undo decades of moving incorrectly. I have been to many physical therapists during my lifetime and almost none have focused on me. You do not set a stop watch and wander off to do something else, like gab with other "professionals" who also are basically ignoring their clients/patients until the timer dings. As i get tired you urge me to continue to do the challenges, but only just as long as my body will do them right. Then, you tell me to quit so, under your watchful eyes, I never practice them wrong.
