Kids and adults will learn various martial arts styles and self defense so you can be confident when you're out and about that you can protect yourself. The adult instructors are very knowledgeable and are passionate about teaching. They're professional and happy to answer questions and break moves apart to help you understand. The best part of this school is all the friends you will make. This place is like a second home and extended family for many. They frequently have trial specials to see if you like it and are a good fit before committing. My kid started on a trial and we've been there ever since!
