“I signed up for a fitness membership seven months ago, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've lost 19 pounds so far and I'm in better shape now at 40 than I was 20 years ago! The instructors are awesome, always making me feel welcome, providing lots of encouragement, and usually cracking jokes while leading the class through some serious workouts. The mixfit classes are a challenging blend of weight training and cardio that have really improved my strength and endurance. The mixfit instructor does a great job changing up the workouts to keep it interesting. The kickboxing classes are a great way to burn some calories and blow off some steam while practicing some of the Krav Maga techniques. I never thought I would look forward to my workouts like I do at Round Rock Krav Maga. I can't recommend this place enough for fitness!“

“If you are looking to learn Tae Kwon Do - this is the place! We were trying to stay away from McDojos, and luckily found Master Jung’s dojang.Two months in, we learned and improved a lot. We are all enjoying the classes and how precise and accurate Master Jung is in his teaching. He breaks down the moves, explains them, and lets us repeat enough times so our body learns how to move, kick, etc fluently, quickly, and correctly. He checks and corrects each student. At the same time, each class is very different from the other, so we get to experience varied moves and then put them together. This makes classes fun and interesting for both kids and adults.We are very blessed to have Master Jung teach - his classes are well worth our investment, as we are both learning and improving rapidly!If you are looking for a real dojang - look no further!“

“I was hesitant as a parent when we started at Seven Star Martial Arts but it has proven to be an excellent program that is serious about their goals. Their teachers are serious about the martial arts and the lessons and our son loves going here. We see him more focused at home. It still amazes me that he always puts his homework and practice first before spending time on playing games or watching any television. They are good people trying to make the world a little better.
