We returned from vacation in the late afternoon to find our house at 89 degrees because our AC wasn't working. I called Lakeway AC & Heating, and Chris, the Service Manager, arrived at our house in less than an hour. He diagnosed a low coolant level and added coolant. The house quickly returned to a comfortable temperature, allowing us to get a good night’s rest. The following morning, Chris returned, diagnosed, and repaired a small refrigerant leak in a capillary tube.

“i have used Terry's AC Company several times and found him to be very professional, honest and never over charges. During the hard freeze we had in 2021 I called Terry and he tried his best to make it but was unable. He spent over an hour on the phone to walk me through the process to fix the electrical problem I had in the AC/heat unit. "Yes it was cold" but he got it working. lol. Terry is the person you need if you have AC or heat problems. .“
