“Best fitness facility in Mid-cities. PF is a great place to workout. The facility and staff are top notch. My favorite thing about PF is its cleanliness. I have personally watched them lift equipment off the floor to clean under the heavy equipment. They also dust behind the tv’s. All the staff personnel are good but I would like to recognize Rob. He is always working and interacting with the clients. I keep telling him, he has an outstanding personality and should go into something that will take advantage of his personality. Great place to workout!“

“Century Pilates has changed the quality of my life for the better and I have fallen in love with the art of Pilates. I have a couple of injuries with the worst being a herniated cervical disc, which caused me to have constant head pain and limited range of motion in my neck. My doctor prescribed me Pilates as he knew I wanted to stay active but my current fitness regime was keeping my injury in limbo. I tried a couple of other Pilates Studios but it left me with additional pain in my neck area. I decided to call Century Pilates and spoke with the owner Emily about my situation. Emily suggested I start with private lessons first with an instructor who was certified in ELDOA. The Instructor I worked with was Tamara and upon my first session I knew I was in great hands as she knew what to do and not to do with my body and I started to feel better within the first 2 weeks. 6 months later and I feel better than I have in a very long time, haven’t had any head pain and my doctors have also expressed to me that Pilates is doing wonders for my issues and suggested I keep it up! All the Instructors are so patient, skilled/knowledgeable , and just absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for a Pilates Studio, Century Pilates is the place! “I have completed my 2nd visit w/Adelina. She worked w/me in MAT therapy, massage therapy & myofascial therapy to help my previously aching & swolen ankles. Because of my pronation, the ankles have become more weak. I’m now getting a relief, increased strength & comfort that I hadn’t seen even with physical therapy. “I must say, it works very well, and it's only 20 minutes a few times a week!I really love it and love the method and the one on one. It's not cheap by no means. I'd say it's around $90 per session for 20-25 minutes. I only do it 4 times a month and then I work out on my own. It's not hard to learn this method. But I like the help, being pushed, someone knowing what they are doing, setting the weights, etc. You try to get better each time you go in and put more weight on. They definitely know what they are doing!“
