With a background in bodybuilding, he's curated a great, no nonsense gym. Pendulum squat, tons of racks and cable machines (Freemotion, etc). Really everything and more you'll find in a big box with a little more attention to detail. What can you expect: solid pricing, flexible hours, clean, well maintained equipment and great people. Early afternoons 2-3p is my favorite time to workout here, but the gym is never uncomfortably crowded. Pro tip: hit up Senator for a solid personal training session“

I love that there is a supportive community among members. Even if you are new or struggling, other members are friendly and cheering you on. It is a much better environment than working out alone in a gym.
The coaches here are wonderful! If you want to start your day right, I recommend the morning classes with Willow, Tara, and Edgar. They are attentive, supportive, motivating, and will make sure that you are exercising safely. The drills are intense, but they make it a fun experience. Cheers!“

David did a fantastic job assessing me and setting up a personal program which took in account my age, medical issues and fitness level. I came here 5-6 months ago, never really having any training/gym experience, and he has both taught me how to work out and helped me gain noticeable strength, balance, mobility, and muscle definition. He's also very attentive to a couple injuries I arrived with, and he has pushed me to strengthen those without taking it too far and aggravating them. I originally planned this as a pre-wedding training package, but I now intend to stick with it long-term!“
