Just celebrated my 175th session. So glad a friend suggested I check them out. Scheduled sessions with small groups. Individual training plans and lots of trainer assistance and guidance. Physical fitness isn't easy, but they do a great job making it both challenging and fun.

This is great place to get fit. The trainers are great and provide a tailored fitness plan. Very reasonable pricing. I recommend Trifitness Gym to anyone interested in getting better.

This place is an amazing combination of focus on physical therapy, personal training, and deep care for everyone's overall mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength. I started feeling better after almost 15 years of constant muscle pain within just 2 weeks of coming here twice a week. Thank you so much for having the vision to open a place like this!
