    David is an excellent trainer who is encouraging , patient and friendly. He listens carefully and pays close attention to personal needs and individual goals. David did a fantastic job assessing me and setting up a personal program which took in account my age, medical issues and fitness level. I can now do exercises that I could not do last month let alone last year ! I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness to work with David. He is an Awesome trainer!!

    David is an experienced personal trainer who will listen to your goals and focus on helping you achieve them. He will motivate and challenge you to do better yet meet you where you are. If you want to lose weight and have a stronger body male or female and looking for a gym where you will receive one on one personal guidance, then this is the place to join. Because of David's knowledge in this field, you will see progress immediately as you follow his recommendations.
