“After another person dropped out on me unexpectedly, I had less than a month to get a house fixed up in all sorts of ways to get it ready to sell. Joanne and her crew of subcontractors came in and fixed significant plumbing issues, whipped one bathroom into shape, remodeled another, painted cabinets in both baths and the kitchen, put entirely new carpet throughout the house, and more. When a storm hit near the end of all this very complex and busy process, she immediately had a tree guy to trim branches and take away the debris. A deep cleaning finished things off and made the house look great. Through it all she was kind and patient, and found ways for me to save without cutting corners on quality. She walked into my situation through a recommendation from a friend, got right to business, and has done superb work while also being a warm, kind, supportive presence. And all in less than a month when everything else going on around me was quite chaotic. She is a steadying presence, communicates superbly, and employs trustworthy, excellent craftsmen and tradesmen. She has been a blessing in so many ways. It's hard for me to think of how you could find a better person to take you through this process.“

“I have used Floor Accents for 2 flooring jobs, and separately ordering some tile for a repair. All 3 times I used them were great.The reason I initially chose them was due to the previous owners of my home used them to put in wood look tile in the main parts of the house, which still looks fantastic. In July 2021 we re modeled our kitchen and needed extra matching tile due to moving things, QT was able to get that ordered for me and I picked it up, I'm sure he didn't make much $ on that, but I was so thankful to have found the tile and get it ordered.In Jan 2023 I wanted to extend that same tile into an office. I was so happy to find they could still get the tile. The tilers did great work, they did have to repair some cracks, and level, but the tile matched perfectly, and they accommodates my request for no shoe moulding, and instead removing the baseboards, laying the tile, and then lowering them (you do have to plan to paint if you do this route).More recently, April 2024, they came and extended the same tile into the primary bedroom, again accommodating my baseboard request, as well as a request to have it laid in a certain direction, and create a "transition" tile that matches the way they did it in the rest of the house.I wouldn't hesitate to use them for your flooring needs. I know they also do full remodels, though I only have experience with their tiling.“

“We used Floor & Wall Design to update our Kitchen. We had a two-tier island that we wanted cut off and enlarged the island replacing our outdated granite with updated quartz. They also replaced the granite and backsplash around the stove area, a large bar area and two smaller areas around the oven and fridge. They even did some extra electrical work for a very fair price.
They did a fantastic job, starting with sending us an estimate when they said they would - only 2 of the 5 companies sent estimates when they said they would and a couple of the companies never even followed up at all. Mike and Carol were very professional every step of the way and their workers were definitely top-notch. We would use Floor & Wall Design again for any home renovation project!“

Even thou the others I interviewed all had great reviews, Daniel stood out above the rest. My garage floor has a high level of water in it, meaning I needed an extra layer of sealer.
