FCI in Plano came highly recommended to me from the mom of my soon to be daughter in law. My wife and I were impressed with Brigitte and her professionalism, plus the fact that she is sooo sweet and sincere! The crew showed up on time and completed the job ahead of schedule and the finished project looks GREAT! We would TOTALLY RECOMMEND FCI for any flooring needs you might have.

My designer agent had her samples on her mobile van and was ready for me to choose on site. She and her office staffs kept me in the loop for every step of the installation process. The carpet replacement looked good and on time and fit my budget. However, the installation crew wasn't great in communication. They promised to call me when they finished so I could come back to check; but they didn't and the office personnel had to make a call.
