Chip Reeder came to my home to see my floors, some of which had been cut out due to water damage, took measurements, and advised me of my options. He arrived less than 24 hours after we first spoke on the phone! The materials were delivered timely and the crew arrived at 8:30 am this past Tuesday. The job was completed at 5:30 pm Wednesday! I was very impressed with the installers who were very respectful and very good craftsmen. There were no problems or issues whatsoever. “My designer agent had her samples on her mobile van and was ready for me to choose on site. She and her office staffs kept me in the loop for every step of the installation process. The carpet replacement looked good and on time and fit my budget. However, the installation crew wasn't great in communication. They promised to call me when they finished so I could come back to check; but they didn't and the office personnel had to make a call.“
