“The team at Granite Design Center were amazing. This was our first big remodel and we didn’t really know what we were doing. Shadi and the team helped us from start to finish and showed a genuine caring. From the first day they came with really good advice and taught us a lot about the process. They gave us great advice and were a fantastic sounding board for any ideas we came up with along the way. Shadi’s hands on approach made us very confident throughout the process. He shows up on site every day to oversee subcontractors and ensures everything is completed up to his exacting standards. If we had questions or issues, we would bring them up with Shadi as our point person and he would make sure it was taken care of. We can’t thank the team enough for their professionalism and their craftsmanship. Our bathroom turned out better than we could have expected. We will be using them for all future renovations and I highly recommend them everyone. Their customer service really sets them apart. “We had a major leak in our attic from air conditioner drain line. a 5' x 5'section in our ceiling in our front bedroom fell from the weight of the water soaked into the the sheetrock. I have used A1 EAGLE EYE PRO CONTRACTOR in the past and was very satisfied with their work. They did not disappoint me again. I was very satisfied with their work and most of all I was satisfied with the cost of the repair.“
“My designer agent had her samples on her mobile van and was ready for me to choose on site. She and her office staffs kept me in the loop for every step of the installation process. The carpet replacement looked good and on time and fit my budget. However, the installation crew wasn't great in communication. They promised to call me when they finished so I could come back to check; but they didn't and the office personnel had to make a call.“
“I would recommend this company to everyone. Samples are brought directly to you. You do not need to go from store to store. Daphne can explain the difference between each product and is very helpful in helping you choose your product. She is at the job site everyday checking to make sure things are being installed correctly and to make sure things are going smoothly. She checks her installers frequently and makes sure they properly clean up the job site and that you are satisfied with the work done. She also works to keep your cost in line and will check back with you in 10 days to make sure that you are still satisfied with the installation.“

When looking for a general contractor for a project this large and complex, I was particularly looking for three things: 1) Technical knowledge, skill and experience 2) Someone who could provide and manage all the different crews and specialists we required and 3) an effective and efficient communicator. We were so fortunate to find all three qualities in Saado. He saved us tons of time, lots of money and became a valued friend in the process.Remodeling can be long, hard and frustrating. Very few contractors do it really well. Saado was exceptional and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From design to permits, plumbing to electrical, tile work to flooring, paint to carpentry, he brought us the experts we needed in the order we needed them.
