Great experience, couldn't have asked for more or better. When I arrived at Floor Max Warehouse, I discovered that they were closed. However, Zach happened to be in the parking lot, asked me what I was looking for (wood 1/4-round to match a 20-year old laminate floor that I was have extreme difficulty matching). Zach and Caleb opened up the warehouse for me, helped me hand-pick perfectly-matching pre-stained oak flooring, sold it to me at an unexpectedly reasonable price, and offered me encouraging advice about matching old laminate flooring. We were on a time crunch to replace the old carpet in the bedrooms. We had so many issues with the previous contractor and decided to contact Floor Max last minute and they were there the very next day with no issue. We expected to pay a premium since we were dealing with a company, but to our surprise, it was actually way more affordable than what we were quoted previously. The flooring installation was perfect, and was done so much better than the rest of the flooring that was done throughout the house previously. Communication was great from start to finish. Zach really came through for us. We will definitely be using them for any type of flooring need in the future....read full review
