“Love this place. Only complaint is they need 1-2 more revolving stair climbers. They have cardio machines in a section by the entrance that are barely utilized while the three stair climbers (one is currently down) are typically fully utilized.“
“This is a great gym with friendly staff who greet you both when you arrive and when you leave, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The facility is exceptionally clean, free of odors, and equipped with well-maintained, functional machines. The environment feels secure, with no loitering allowed, and they ensure that only members have access.
The management has clearly done an excellent job with the team, as everyone appears genuinely happy and committed to their roles. I often see staff members conducting personal training sessions, giving tours, and explaining membership options to prospective members.
My only wish is that it were a bit closer to me—while it’s only ten minutes away, I’d love to see a location in Red Oak!“

“I LOVE FIT4MOM Cedar Hill! So happy I was invited. It has been the greatest motivation and a wonderful kickoff to a healthier me. I love that we get to bring our babies and sing and tickle them, all while getting a really good workout in. What a great idea! As mamas, we have to get creative at times and this is such an amazing way to get/stay fit and still engage our little ones. The community aspect is awesome too. I love that there are play dates and mom nights out. I also feel I have a great resource for advice. You really can't go wrong with Fit4Mom Cedar Hill. Love Love Love >3“
