I LOVE FIT4MOM Cedar Hill! So happy I was invited. It has been the greatest motivation and a wonderful kickoff to a healthier me. I love that we get to bring our babies and sing and tickle them, all while getting a really good workout in. What a great idea! As mamas, we have to get creative at times and this is such an amazing way to get/stay fit and still engage our little ones. The community aspect is awesome too. I love that there are play dates and mom nights out. I also feel I have a great resource for advice. You really can't go wrong with Fit4Mom Cedar Hill. Love Love Love >3
