“I had a really good experience overall. Lucky for me my AC compressor died right before it cooled off for winter and I had no rush to get it replaced. I worked with John Cantu and he was great giving me many different options from several different manufactures. I had lots of questions from my research and he was always helpful and responded quickly. I never felt like I was being upsold and their price was actually cheapest I received. Other companies I got quotes from made me feel like I invited a used car salesman into my house. I got a completely new AC/Heater and air handler for a reasonable price. I didn't have to wait long for the installation and it was done in a single day. The plenum ducting above my air handler was much better than my previous installation, and they upgraded my gas line from a flex pipe to a hard pipe as required by current code. The wiring was also much tidier than before. I was going to pay cash for the system but with my credit score they were able to get me 0% down 0% financing over 1 year so I went with the financing. I had a good experience and recommend them.“

Mark gave our AC system a very thorough check and provided photographs of all current system reading so we will be able to see how the system changes over time. He has clearly been in the industry a long time as he was able to share both general and specific information on our 2 units (very new and VERY old) including telling us how to identify stress in each unit before it becomes a full blown problem. On top of all that, he replaced all the AC vents filters, a first for us and a clear benefit as we are too short to reach 2 of them without a ladder. All 3 gave me pretty much same estimate but Jeff and Austin, from Cold is on the Right, were the only ones really checking what it will be needed to make the installation and more important they were the only ones NOT trying to push a full house water filtration system. The other reps from the other 2 companies were really persistent on this to the point that a simple quote process became an annoying one. CIOTR did an amazing job from beginning to end.
