I had a rather urgent plumbing issue one weekend and I was unable to take care of it myself. As soon I could give Proficient a call on Monday morning, I did, and they were able to work me in that afternoon. There was no pushing to have more work done than needed. In fact, they gave me a few options at different price points, and did not try to make less expensive sound bad in order to upsell. After the work was completed, they explained again what all was doneI’ve used a few different companies in the past, trying to find one that fits best, and Proficient will be the one I call without hesitation in the future. Technician Billy came to our house as scheduled and installed a water main turn off valve inside our garage so we would not have to walk to the curb during icy conditions. Billy did a great job, was neat, cleaned everything up and very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.
