Outstanding responsiveness, repair, and rate! We had a plumbing emergency today - some contractors working inside the house punctured a line - and Sidney Cox had someone to us within a few hours. It’s now completely repaired and we have water again. Best if all, we could not believe how reasonable the bill was considering it was an emergency repair. Highly recommend!

We learned we had a two gas leaks in our home. The Texas Gas Service emergency technician was here fast and did a great job, but he had to turn off the gas after finding the leaks to keep us safe. We called Cox plumbing and Cox Plumbing came out quickly for us to repair the water heater and furnace leaks and turn the gas back on to both. Courteous, professional, quick, very fair cost, and we are super happy with the quality of work and feel safe now. Thank you, Sidney and Ben!!

Came into our small dental practice this morning to find a rather aggressive leak in our bathroom. Called about 7:30 am and by 8 they had someone out to fix the issue.
